Is the Stashé compatible with my device?

The Stashé is available in two variants, the NEW PEAK V2 and the OG PEAK/PEAK PRO. While not affiliated with Puffco, our design ensures a seamless, secure fit for the devices you already love. The NEW Peak variant is meant to fit the Puffco Peak released in Spring of 2025. The PRO will fit the OG Peak, the Peak Pro, and any variant versions.. Unsure? A solid tell is whether your chamber is exposed or not; the New Peaks variants will have an integrated chamber and slimmer profile.

What if I order the wrong hand?

Need to switch hands? No worries. Let us know at support@portmiller.com, and we will get the ball rolling. Be sure to include your order number and email address.

What size jars does the Stashé hold?

The Stashé is designed to hold up to 3ml concentrate jars with ease. Whether you’re storing or showcasing, the cuvée is designed to minimize air exposure ensuring preserving potency and presentation.

Are the terpene pearls pure glass?

Port Miller proudly uses WhiteRhino Terp Pearls, made right herein the USA.

Our Base Ritual contains clear pearls — ideal for use in any quartz banger, these terp pearls help distribute heat evenly, ensuring your concentrates are vaporized efficiently and effectively.

The Limited Edition Rituals contain 4mm Ceramic Terp Pearls, specifically designed to elevate your dabbing experience.

Is the Stashé compatible with the wireless charger?

No, the Stashé is not compatible. It has a wider base than will fit into the wireless charger. The Stashé is designed to fit your Puffco Peak securely, giving you more grip and making the wired chargers easier to use.

Are Swabé swabs reusable?

The Swabé Daily is designed for single use. Its cotton is ultra-absorbent with zero fray with a durable bamboo center allowing you to reach the smallest crevices in your vaping devices.

Do you offer refills or bundles?

Yes, we offer refill packs of Swabé and Ritual Refills that include a Cuvée, a Dab tool, terpene pearls, and packs of Swabés. Explore our Ritual Collection for bundled pricing and limited drops.

How is my order packaged?

Every order is shipped in Port Miller signature packaging — recyclable, elegant, and worthy of the ritual within. We recommend saving your limited edition Ritual box for travel and storage; it's part of The Ritual.

What are your shipping options?

We offer standard and expedited shipping across the U.S. and select international locations. Shipping costs and timelines are calculated at checkout. Orders will ship within 24 to 48 hours.

What is your return policy?

Unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened Swabé packs are not eligible for return.

How do I care for my products?

Stashé: Wipe gently with a damp cloth. Do not submerge.

Cuvée: Wipe gently with a damp cloth. Use rubbing alcohol and a Swabe' for stubborn areas.

Flint Tool: Wipe with an alcohol soaked cloth. Leave submerged if needed.

Terp Pearls: Allow to fully cool before cleaning. Avoid exposing hot pearls to liquid to prevent thermal shock. Wipe with an alcohol-soaked cloth or soak in rubbing alcohol once cooled.
