Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@portmiller.com.
📦 Return Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

You must include proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
Non-returnable items:

Used or opened items (including items with visible wear)
Please do not send your return without first contacting us.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, use the form below within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a $5 fee to cover the original shipping cost.
Return shipping is also the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Email us at support@portmiller.com to request an exchange.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Your refund will include a $5 fee to cover the original shipping cost.
